This was a weird read. Sara seems to have a totally different personality when she is happy and enjoying herself. If I were to try to arm chair psychologist I would say it appears she develops co-dependencies when she thinks she has someone she can rely on due to previous trauma. Now that fact that person is Irons is quite unfortunate. The model subplot also appears to be nonsense still and that is dragging the book down. Also why does the sister look identical to Sara. Turner needs to differentiate the two more.
It is interesting how the original and the reboot are seemingly diverging a fair bit at this point. The relationships seem so much different.
