The Hobgoblin gains super-strength after testing one of Osborn's formulas, which also happens to explode in his face. He challenges Spidey to a fight in Times Square to teach him fear. The Hobgoblin dies during the battle or does he? Plus, the Leeds are playing matchmaker with MJ & Peter. [Hmmm. I wonder where this is headed?] (Cover date: October, 1983)
