Summary: After being shot & patched up, Peter is taken to the Mad Dog Ward. He is sedated so that he can't think clearly. Peter finds that Vicky Gibbs is being held in solitary confinement. The head doctor uses dream manipulation to create a new assassin for the Kingpin, Brainstorm. Objecting to a new type of straitjacket, Peter leads the other patients in an uprising that is quickly put down when they are all sedated. Only the head doctor knows that Peter is really Spider-Man.
Pretty disturbing. At least way more Peter in this issue compared to part 1
