The Cap / Hawkeye rivalry is really getting old

From the "bad guys frame the good guys for crimes they didn't commit" trope.
Not one of Lees best. He Hawkeye, Cap rivalry is on to think and gets old real quick. The plot is pretty lame that it could even work. Overall just an average read at best.
