Having read quite a few Chichester Daredevils at this point, I was expecting another dud. But this was great. The second part of the Surgeon General story reveals the Surgeon to be an incredibly sinister and deadly villain. It was good stuff and on the whole this worked pretty well as a two-part superhero team-up story.
