One thing we've noticed with theseCivil War II “tie-ins”: they are really distant from the event and it feels like Marvel are labelling them as such just to sell more. Deadpool is the exception though, as he spends quite a bit of time with the source of the problem, Ulysses. Read Full Review
This Civil War II tie-in reads less like a crucial addition to the larger event and more like an amusing diversion. That's hardly the worst direction for the series. This issue looks great and offers ample entertainment. Still, it'll be nice to move beyond Civil War II and back into the mess that is Wade Wilson's life. Read Full Review
Because, sadly, Deadpool #15 really isn't very good at all. When Deadpool's done right he can be truly amazing. But when he's done wrong, like he is here, he stinks worse than that steaming dump he left in the Ultimates bathroom. Read Full Review
While the use of Deadpool not paying the mercenaries he's hired is clever and drives the narrative, I really want this team to stay intact. I have been having a whole lot of fun with the team and to break them apart so soon would be a real shame. Here's to hoping the Civil War II event doesn't change things up too much. Read Full Review
