The movie is worse, than this comic in literally everything...
The double-sized finale of NEIL GAIMAN and JOHN ROMITA JR.'s epic! The Eternals face their mystery enemy at last. This issue will solidify the Eternals' place in the Marvel Universe. Will they register? Guest-starring the Avengers!
Although the Avengers seem to not recognize the Eternals, it is not a real worry, as Gaiman has indicated that he was fully aware of continuity of this group. In fact, he revels in it with his hints about the current civil war at Marvel Comics. The discussion Makkari has with the celestial is interesting, and although no man is meant to understand its scope, Gaiman still showcased its philosophy as best as he could. It seems that another issue will be added to this series, where possibly, the Avengers go for a rematch against the Eternals. No complaints from me. Read Full Review
Not that they havent realized their place in the scheme of things. When Iron Man tries (ridiculously) to enforce the registration act on these divinities, Zuras (Zeus) clears him up real quick: If you saw two groups of children arguing over which of them could play in some waste ground, would you choose sides? Ha-ha, Tiamut definitely liked Tony's armor
In the movie, the Eternals plan works and they defeat the Dreaming Celestial rather easily. I think I like this version better
