(Cover Date: August, 1988) Summary: Max the Fortisquian flies the FF in his comet ship to the Nuwali to find out who hired them to build the Savage Land. They confirm that it was the Beyonders, who they hold a grudge against for stopping payment for their work. When Ben determines what the Beyonders' artifact is used for (gateway to the Negative Zone), the Nuwali decide to kill them. An AIM agent reveals that the Nuwali are in league with them. The FF beat the Nuwali with the help of Steven Beckley's comet power.
