The real test comes in the next two months as Franken-Castle begins its crossover with Dark Wolverine. I have my doubts as to whether the story justifies such a lengthy endeavor, but we'll see. Jefte Palo reminds me of a kind of minimalist Bill Sienkiewicz, and while his art is technically impressive, it's too gritty. It doesn't properly capture Frank's newfound lan. Still, Franken-Castle could be worse. It could be The Punisher. Read Full Review
I know they're trying to spice this book up, but "Frankly" (haha) it's just not working. This is one of those few times where there isn't too much to say other than, pass on this book.
