Ultimately, Future Imperfect #3 is a fun, albeit predictable, outing. Peter David injects enough character in his script to prevent the issue from feeling mundane, and Greg Land's action here is fun. The issue does have some flaws; the ending doesn't quite pack the punch it could have if the previous issue had not used the plot here for a twist.
