We get the new villain, we don't see Flash that much in action again. However, Barry Allen gets some good moments here. It feels like the whole Negative Flash stuff is more about how it affects Allen's life, not about the Flash being different.

Yes, the Suicide Squad is completely unnecessary. Yet, we still got some great moments such as the Justice League of China (hoping that it's official now) and the family meeting. The last page left me really excited for the next issue.

I really liked how Abnett dealt with the whole traitor plotline. The team dynamic is great as always, Booth's art is mediocre as always. The whole HIVE thing seems to come to conclusion soonish, but every issue there are seeds planted for the future events.

Snyder is going all in on this. It feels like the majority of New 52 and even some of the events before it were leading to this. It just feels so natural. Amazing. And it's only the second issue. This is how you do an event, Marvel.

Opena's art is stunning and it really works with the story. The ending of this arc was great and I am still amazed of how Remender manages the flesh out the world with every issue yet still managing to move the story forward. It's a long wait until the next issue now, but I can bet that it's going to be worth the wait.

I don't read much of the modern Marvel these days, but from what I've read, this is one of their best, if not THE BEST, books at the moment. I'm really glad that this wasn't a stealth mini, as the series is supposed to continue with Legacy.

The Ballad of Kite Man has been one of the best stories of King's Batman run so far. Short, absolutely emotional and improving the overall story by a lot. These two issues are character defining issues for the Kite Man, and I am hoping this is not the end for Kite Man's stories.

This was by far the strangest issue of this series to date, though not particularly a bad one. Giffen did a very good job with using the legends from the classic literature, though the flashback pages were not particularly necessary. Also, I was rather disappointed by how he wrote the aftermath of last issue's cliffhanger. Rude's art suited a Kirby influenced story and was not something you see in more

After reading this issue (part 4 of this story), I believe that we will most likely won't see the war itself, at least in traditional sense. Instead, we are getting to see it from behind the scenes and the war is very much noticeable in all the dialogues. As for this issue, it was interesting to see the war happening at the dinner table. Ryan Stegman steps up as a full on writer for a few issues, and he actually does a pretty decent job. There wasn't anything too dumb, but the problem is that the whole premise to me is just too silly. I am not too keen on the whole Normie Osborn being some sort of a child prodigy thing, though his emotions towards his father are really well written.
