It's not terrible, but neither is it good in any sense. It does nothing to alter the exceedingly modest expectations I have when I see "written by Ralph Macchio" on a 21st-century comic.
As usual, the great sin here is that the script gives a deeply mistaken impression about how Marvel comics in general and these characters in particular are currently written. That makes it bad at the main job of a standalone one-shot like this: drawing in new readers.
The art's pretty nice, though.
