  Oh, I have to make a quick mention. I'm not sure who is responsible for the actual layout and ad placement of the issue—but whoever it is, please don't put the pages previewing what's coming up in the X-Office before the last few pages of the story. I thought we had a very strange and abrupt cliffhanger, and almost didn't turn the last few pages, so I very nearly missed the last four or so pages of the issue. Just not good placement.   This series is more interesting as a black ops team trying to stop mutant threats in extralegal ways and brushing up against even more extreme groups, but the Cable/time travel of it all kind of screws it up. However, the series has enough goodwill and flashy visuals that I’ll give this rabbit hole a shot and maybe re-read Cable’s Wikipedia entry this weekend. Read Full Review
