Summary: Justice surveys a fast food restaurant where the people inside were executed by the "Takeout Killers." A FBI agent tells Justice to leave or he will be arrested. Later that night, Justice goes inside the restaurant & finds a message on a wall written in blood. Justice shakes down a weapons dealer to get information on the couple who committed the killings. Justice goes to a McDonald's, where the couple was headed, & runs into the FBI agent, who wants to take him in for questioning. Pushing the agent aside, Justice finds the couple threatening the people inside. The man throws a pipe bomb. Justice protects the people from the explosion using his Shield, but is knocked out. Justice wakes up in an ambulance. He sees the FBI agent, who handcuffs him, & tells him the couple is still inside with hostages. Justice breaks his cuffs & drives a police paddywagon through the wall. He saves the hostages from another pipe bomb using his Shield. The FBI agent tells Justice that the couple slipped away after the blast. He argues with the agent about pursuing justice now & takes off. Later, the couple go to an empty diner, where Justice is waiting for them. Justice uses his Sword to vaporize them.
