    (Cover Date: March, 1988) Summary: Pete talks to MJ about his guilt at having crippled Stan Carter & how it affected his fight with Electro. Electro holds the electrical power plant for ransom. Spidey arrives on the scene, & following MJ's advice, takes down Electro. Outside, Stan in his Sin-Eater costume, threatens to shoot a kid. After he releases the kid & threatens the police, he is shot by them. With his dying breath, Stan says that Sin-Eater is now dead. Tork says that Stan's gun was empty.
