(Cover Date: May, 1988) Summary: Captain America (John Walker) is ordered by a government agent to help Tarantula capture Spidey due to his interference in apprehending a "terrorist" (Elvira) from his country. Tarantula uses Elvira's friendship with MJ to lure Spidey into a trap. After a change of heart, Cap stays out of the fight between Spidey & Tarantula, which Spidey wins. Cap goes back to punch out the rogue agent who gave him his orders.
