The backdrops in this comic are stunning as well as a fast pace action that keeps those pretty pages turning. Punisher number 12 keeps our favorite vigilante doing what he does best. Guns blazing? Check. Knife fight? Check? Bad guy going down? Read and see readers. If you're a fan of the Punisher you won't be disappointed. Punisher #12 gets four out of five stars! Read Full Review
With the end of this arc, i think it took too long to end this Condor chapter. I'm more a fan of compressed stories and a 6 issues arc would be enough instead of 12. But it's far from being a bad run, not at all. It's been quite decent run with very good moments and with a Frank who is like a force of nature who doesn't compromise. Read Full Review
Solid ending to a good, but definitely overdone story arc. This pretty much has been a 12 issue arc. Not that the story was bad, it just was not a classic and I am glad it has ended with Frank back in New York. I really enjoyed the art. For the first time since the Dillon issues I feel like the art is back where it should be. Cloonan has written Punisher well.
Agent Ortiz saves the day by breaking up a Punisher/Olaf knife fight. The bad guys go to jail; what sorta Punisher story do you call that? This is an inoffensively bland comic. As the finale of a twelve-issue arc, it becomes plenty disappointing. This story has been short of impact for at least six issues, and while the action of this climactic fight is conveyed decently, it's been robbed of meaning and interest by what's come before. In the end, "easy to forget" is the highest compliment one can pay Ms. Cloonan's Punisher.
