    It’s a really cute story so far. I am reminded of a high school romance thus far. Of course, there weren’t any Mutdroids to fight in high school, unless “jock” was a code word. There’s an innocent romance going on right now between them, like Star-Lord needs to make Kitty Pryde fall in love with him again. They have a moment when they almost kiss, but things turn sour really quickly. It’ll definitely be interesting to see where this goes, and where the relationship goes, from here. Read Full Review

    STAR-LORD AND KITTY PRYDE #2 is a really entertaining read that continues the romantic/screwball comedy vibe of the first. While there are some plotting issues, the characterization and art more than makes up for it. Read Full Review

    "Star-Lord and Kitty Pryde" #2 is a fun book with an interesting pairing of characters from across Battleworld. It isn't branded in any manner that distinguishes it as a core title or must-read for the grander "Secret Wars" saga, but it does offer clues to where the saga is going and what threads might be pulled to unravel the tapestry of the reality Victor Von Doom has created. If nothing else, it is apparent that readers should be keeping an eye on this series as "Secret Wars" continues, especially those interested in the future of Peter Quill and Kitty Pryde.
