Wade Wilson: Deadpool #5 delivers a slam-bang finale to the series' first story arc, mixing action, humor and emotional depth. The art is solid and the script moves the story along by balancing the exposition with multiple dialogue-free panels. Not necessarily for the squeamish. Read Full Review

    Plot
Deadpool, still in shock, listens as Blind Al explains that she's responsible for all the premonitions, which came to her in her dreams in the new year and which she wrote down in the notebook Hammerhead took. She started sending him these prophetic notes so that Deadpool would feel better about himself (after Ellie's death) and do good, but in Hammerhead's hands, it's too dangerous.

Wade locks up Blind Al and goes to find Hammerhead at the port, where there's a container full of money that the prophetic note warned about.

Deadpool fights Hammerhead but is impaled by a forklift. However, Blind Al saves him and retrieves the journal, as she needs Deadpool's help to stop what's about to happen.
