    In the end, I care about and am more interested in the character now than before I started reading. That's a key first step. I could moan all day about this being a blatant attempt to catch lightening in a bottle again (a la Nova), but I could care less as long as it's executed well, which it was.     For readers looking to get in on the ground floor of a space-faring adventure, this is a nice investment and enjoyable read, just as it would be for fans of the character. While I would not define this book as the best thing Marvel put out this week (it was a monstrous week for them) it is certainly an angst-filled adventure that will have repercussions for months to come.     Cebulski does a great job of writing Chris Powell’s character and I felt myself really invested in Chris’ character by the end of the issue. This other Darkhawk is definitely intriguing, although Tolibao’s art is not very good
