    This comic introduces us to a Cuban mutant named La Bandera and I'm not a fan with how that is handled much at all. Her and Wolverine just seem to instantly be into each other and at a certain point Logan's interest in young women comes off as skeezy, even when it is reciprocated here. Tiger Shark is also featured in this comic and I found Logan and Bandera's battle with the villain pretty awful on the whole. Not good writing at all, and Bandera's design leaves something to be desired, too, as it pretty much just sexualizes her without playing up the Cuban flag on her costume much, either. This isn't Byrne's best work as a lot of the character design feels off - for example Kingpin shows up and just looks terrible. Also this is appar more
