Art was bad and the dialogue between the Phalanx was horribly written

I had a really hard time getting through this issue. The art didn't work for me and the writing around the Phalanx didn't make them seem at all the giant threat they should be. The writing around this one and lack of focus on Logan's character also strikes me as a flaw.
