Overall, Wolverine Weapon X continues to be the best place to enjoy quality, easily accessible, and fun stories about Wolverine/Logan the hero. Aarons great humor and insightful tales coupled with Garneys fantastic art rank this series right up there with Marvel Comics best current ongoing series like Thor and Captain America. My favourite stories are where we get to know the characters or sit on in those quiet or private moments where we see a different aspect of them. This issue had that in abundance as Wolverine and Cap went for a night on the town. The added intrigue and mystery of the Deathloks objective make for a promising start to this arc and capped off another great issue of this series. Read Full Review
Wolverine Weapon X #11 was another great read. Aaron and Garney teamed up to deliver another excellent Wolverine story. Even if you have not read a Wolverine title in a while or have never read one I highly recommend picking up Wolverine Weapon X. With this series Aaron has brought back everything that made Wolverine such a cool character. So if you are looking for a fun title to pick than pick up Weapon X as you will not be disappointed. Issue #11 is a strong issue of a very capable series, and finally signals the beginning of a more straightforward, real-time Wolverine story. Jason Aaron and Ron Garney have managed to craft an issue that quite easily appeals to casual fans and hardcore followers alike. I'd even go as far as to recommend Weapon X #11 to non-Wolverine fans. It really is a smart piece of comic storytelling and a great beginning to the storyline. Read Full Review
Wolverine Weapon X is a series that doesn't have a lot of involvement with the greater Marvel Universe or its events. Instead it gets back to basics with telling interesting Wolverine stories that seem to be able to take place at any point within the current continuity. The stories aren't epic or sweeping, like killing off Sabretooth, but they are very good stories driven by the writing of the characters. This issue is no exception. The confrontation with the villain is on its way, but this issue is very good because it nails down Wolverine and his potential when interfacing with another super hero that he actually cares for. I definitely recommend this issue. Read Full Review
