Comic Book Resources - Greg McElhatton Nov 16, 2011

"X-Factor" is definitely been running through some of its stronger material in 2011, and it's great to see the book back in such strong form. But as for its reputation... Fun? Absolutely. Strictly funny? Not really. This is a book that hits all sorts of emotions and ranges, and those who have avoided it because they think it's a comedy book should give it another shot. This is definitely some dark material, and I say that as a compliment. Check it out. Read Full Review

Multiversity Comics - Gilbert Short Nov 18, 2011

While this book doesn't hit as hard as it usually does, and the death left me wanting, it still finds a way to be an enjoyable read. If for whatever read you're not picking this up, I implore you to check it out. You still won't be disappointed. Read Full Review

    X-Man's Comic Blog - x-man75 Nov 19, 2011

This comic was perfectly acceptable. It wasn't anything special, nor was it anything awful. It WAS better than the past couple of comics I've read, but it was by no means the best issue of this series I've ever read. One thing's for sure, I can't wait for the next issue to find out what the hell was going on at the end of this one! Read Full Review

    IGN - Poet Mase Nov 16, 2011

Our first introduction to Bloodbath in X-Factor #227 is quite the unexpected experience. David goes light on the development of the X-Factor team, but Bloodbath's personality is big enough to fill the void. If Bloodbath's introduction isn't enough to throw you off balance, the book ends in a nutty cliffhanger that is sure to have me scratching my head until issue #228. Read Full Review
