    It's the end of the miniseries. Who will survive? With the way this series has gone and with Jimmy Palmiotti writing, you never know what will happen next. It's been a crazy adventure with non-stop action and violence. This is the stuff you don't find in your regular comic book. It's been great seeing the return of Painkiller Jane.     But it doesn't mean Jane is a rock of confidence, and that's the most interesting in Palmiotti's writing: Jane doubts. Even in the face of happiness (not hers, not yet), she has trouble thinking about happy endings, and thinking about who she really is. That's why bringing Fernandez back in this series is a smart move, not only for the reader, but because this is the only thing Jane has to keep her feet on the ground.     Lots going on in this issue, but it's done well. I think it was the perfect capstone to the mini-series.
