Creators Zac Thompson (Hunt for the Skinwalker) and Daniel Irizarri (XINO) navigate an uncanny reality where the monsters are anything but science fiction . . . After Pik's tragic encounter with the King of Sleep, Birdie is adamant that her brother-while appearing to be in a coma-is actually trapped within the game Nightmare Cemetery. With Wilson and Enid by her side, they enter the Piped District where the game play increases in complexity and horror as it taps into their deepest fears.
Ultimately, Cemetery Kids Don't Die is one of the horror comics to watch right now, and I'm anxious to see where the spooky story goes with its remaining issues, especially considering the skin crawling finale here. Read Full Review
In conclusion, while this might not be my cup of tea in a lot of regards, I do feel like it has a ton of potential and I am hoping that as the comic progresses these little kinks will be ironed out and the real crux of the story will come through and we will have a great payoff at the end of the series. I look forward to reading more and hopefully seeing this comic and its creators grow through its development. Read Full Review
