    In short, it's a story that feels perfectly in keeping with the Tenth Doctor's TV tales, even lacking Rose, Donna or poor Martha, making for a worthy continuation. Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor Year Two #13 is, as The Doctor might say, pretty brilliant, with well-done art and a clever story to set Ten and his friends off into their second year of their second year (because that's not complicated at all).     Odd quirks in writing and art aside, Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor 2.13 (Titan, you have got to come up with a better naming system!) is still an enjoyable issue. Ten is still my favorite Doctor (although, really, that's like choosing your favorite expensive wine: no matter who you choose, you're going to get something good), and I love him with Gabby and Cindy.
