The Adventures of Archer & Armstrong issue five provides a nice respite from the breakneck pace of the first four issues. Archer and Faith's date is fun and charming, and the two are very sweet together. We should get back to the standard quota of punching and hijinks next issue, but this was a nice breather. I forget the attribution, but recently I heard the perfect comic book story should include equal parts suspense, action, adventure, romance, and comedy. I'm pretty sure Roberts was not the individual at the heart of that attribution, but he sure hits all of those points. With an all aces crew of Norton, Passalaqua, and Sharpe joining him, A & A: The Adventures of Archer & Armstrong #5 is a comic that is not to be missed. This is the type of relatable escapism so many of us read comics to enjoy. I just hope we get a little bit more from this creative team. This is a comic worth loving. Read Full Review

To close this one out, I enjoyed the issue it was a fun stand alone story, and I am looking forward to the next issue, the start of the new story arc, which if it goes anything like the first meeting we have of Armstrong's wife in the original series, might be a lot of fun. Read Full Review
Archer and Armstrong are onto their next adventure, of which I have no idea what to expect—but I know it’s going to be worth reading.
