X-O MANOWAR 7, front to back, is a fantastic issue. I've flipped through this and read it so many times that it's already pretty beaten up. This is Valiant's best book. Sorry, ARCHER AND ARMSTRONG, but this one just squeaks by. If you start reading this, it will become one of your top five books on your pull list. There's no doubt about it. I love how this book is turning out and the incorporation of other Valiant characters here.Overall, I highly recommend this book. Go get it now, and if you can't afford it, drop something. If you are not reading this series by now I am not sure what I can do to get you to start now short of flying to your house and making you sit down and read it. Big things are coming in the following months including the epic Planet Death arc and you do not want to be the last one on the block to be discover this series. Read Full Review

You may have read somewhere that you should be reading X-O or Harbinger or Archer and Armstrong etc. and it may be a bit monotonous. As a reader though, I can tell you that X-O Manowar is a series you should not be missing if you're looking for a fast paced sci-fi action comic. Valiant Comics and X-O Manowar #7 are proving why this series is their flagship series. It is consistently a good quality read, with good quality art and great cliff-hangers that aren't over the top. With the events unfolding in this issue, you don't want to miss out on this great series and what's going down. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Carl Boehm Nov 21, 2012

Other than that, this is a brilliant book. I can’t recommend enough for everyone to follow Aric’s adventures. So far nothing has been cliché, and the use of a Visigoth soldier who is used to fighting Roman invaders as a character to fight invading aliens is a brilliant move. Although this issue feels devoid of action, the purpose could be the same as the calm before a great storm. Congratulations to Valiant for making this a near-perfect comic experience every month.
