Having successfully hired a ship, Aydis is finally headed across the dangerous waters of the Northern Sea, but she must work hard to earn the respect of the ship's captain Makeda and her all-woman crew. Elsewhere, Freyja senses impending danger for both Aydis and Brynhild, so she decides to intervene yet again. This time, she's going to talk to Odin.
Overall, Heathen is and has been an excellent series that is highly recommended. The characters that Alterici populates her world with are unique and have heart. The reader will want to enter into the pages and hang out with them. Heathen is absolutely one of the best books being made right now. Read Full Review

I loved all part of My reading. I had a smile all along ... Damn I will have to wait for the next one.
This's a great book, a book about love. A book about accepting difference. A book doing a better job to that than a X-men reading now ... And I'm a little sad to tell that.
