It makes perfect since in a world where heroes and villains exist that someone would eventually make a cheap buck off their former merchandise and costumes. It's what they man behind the scenes may be doing with the old weapons which concerns Steeljack and his old friend (who is a little too enthusastic about seeing the Fix-It Man's wares to be completely trustworthy at this point).
