Veitch takes over the writing duties for this issue and...writes like Alan Moore. Not a bad thing whatsoever, but just kind of funny to me. Anyways, yeah, this was another cosmic-heavy issue with a lot of writing that was a little confusing at times. I liked what I read here, but I really hope things pick up a little bit soon. These last few issues have been the weakest section of Moore's run thus far.
