Rich Veitch, himself no stranger to intensely powerful Vertigo series, steps in as the issue's guest artist, providing a very different look for the series that's nevertheless true to Alberto Ponticelli's harrowing vision. The issue had me breathless all the way up till its final pages, when its tangential meditation on the AK-47 unexpectedly pushed Moses Lwanga's story forward in a significant way.
