Aug 10, 2020It's apparent, from the storyline and the author's notes, that Hero Killer Stain will have a lasting impact on this story, and his presence has shifted the entire narrative into a more serious, darker tone. There are parts of this volume that are really confusing, mainly the little vignettes of the other students - like when Bakugo his hair styled/cut, with some of the random comments other students make. The final exam seems like an insurmountable task if you choose not to run away. How can two students hope to defeat a teacher? We'll find out in the next volume, as this one, of course, ends on a cliffhanger in the middle of the action! Read Full Review
