There was potential, but it was totally wasted. For Mark Waid it was a really cheap writing. And the constantly changing artstyle made it even worse. There were some fine Hulk moments, but overall I think like my time was wasted. I'd probably rate it lower if I wasn't a Hulk fan. Even the best parts of the run are just okay at best.
