In this opening #1 issue, you get a nice taste of everything. It is well done and the artwork is amazing.

You get to see Shredder in a quick way, and Splinter too. It has some funny moments and has some action. It is a perfect opening teasing issue to what is surely to be a fantastic 6 issue mini series.

For the value of just 10.00, this is a must own comic for anyone in the horror genre of comics or movies.

While the artwork is really good as usual from Rossmo, the story has something left to be told for sure. As in the point as there's little story being told. It is enough to keep you interested and like I said, the artwork is superb from Riley Rossmo.
