A very much set up issue pushing high concept ideas that is rushed, I must say. It introduces ideas of pre-universe beings that seem to appear out of no where, so the tension is not organically developed. They also appear to be a cross between Marvels Galactus and the godly beings that I can never remember. The end of the issue did make me chuckle of how everything went south in a matter of 3 panels and one of the heroes responds as just “fragg” (lobo?). Art was great and the colors popped!
