Still really loving this one, although the symbolism is starting to feel a little heavy-handed/too-on-the-nose but I'm also willing to admit that the content matter of this issue was simply harder to stomach in this Kavanaugh/metoo era we live in (sometimes I want to escape).

These characters - gah! - they are so delightfully flawed. Kirby's dad is most relatable. Stella's grandfather is CREEPY. It's such a great premise and a wonderful ride!

I'm loving this mini-series so much and wish I could spend more time with these two lovebirds and Kirby's third-wheel dad. The graphic style was so very shocking and took awhile to grow on me, but now I'm sad that there's only one more issue.
