In which a spaceman overshoots his mark, the Queen Maker arrives, the bees are fed up, someone is kidnapped, the American Dream gets feral, the alien Race is buried in the quicksand of love, and the secrets of the zone are revealed.
Aja's choice of imagery, starting with a tortoise entangled in six pack rings, is haunting throughout and will leave The Seeds in readers minds until the next issue arrives. Read Full Review
Overall, this is an excellent chapter of The Seeds. Big things are on the horizon, quite literally, and I'm looking forward to where things will go from here. Don't miss out on this story, as it's something special. Read Full Review
Go and buy this series. Seriously. If you want something dark without being totally grim, this is for you. I was so hyped for this series without knowing anything about it, and I am sure glad that I picked it up. Read Full Review
Even though, I’ll freely admit, I’m not exactly sure what I’m reading exactly just yet, this series exudes an aura of greatness that propels it forward and is just begging to be read. That might sound like hyperbole, but it’s the truth. I can’t for the next issue and then the next because I want to know what happens and how everything that is presented interconnects. Not a feeling I get too often when reading comics. Read Full Review

After I failed launch with issue #1, I am happy to say this limited series is finally showing some traction in this second issue. Read Full Review

I was definitely intrigued by the first issue but the second simply didn't cement anything that I could latch onto in a strong enough way here to carry it forward with. Read Full Review
This issue is so hauntingly good. I'm really digging this series. I love how the greys are portrayed. They have unique personalities. They seem fallible and not so powerful... human-like, flawed, conflicting. Anyways, pick this series up if you're looking for an amazing, thought provoking story.
so creepy...
I got the characters confused briefly, it is something to be mindful of when employing this art style. I'm still digging it though, I hope the creators stick the landing with the next issue.
Still really loving this one, although the symbolism is starting to feel a little heavy-handed/too-on-the-nose but I'm also willing to admit that the content matter of this issue was simply harder to stomach in this Kavanaugh/metoo era we live in (sometimes I want to escape).
