Let me just start off by saying, I wrote a review last issue about how one of my favorite aspects about that book was how genuine and fun the relationship between Shazaam and Cyborg was. Then this issue comes along, and then things with them two go 0-100 real quick. I won't spoil anything but it all makes since at the end of the issue. I really enjoyed the filler/middle part of the story because it brought in the Justice League and showed the relationship Vic had with all the other members. I will say however I thought the conversation he had with Clark and Diana was a little weird and out of character, but that's my only gripe with this issue. We get more understanding of what the motives are for the baddies and how the Cybernetic Regulation act intertwined with them. By the end of the book it leads you to wonder what Cyborg has planned, and whether or not it will cost him his life. The Art continues to be exceptional and we are blessed with a gorgeous splash page. Overall, if you haven't been reading this story, you need to quit playing and go to your local shop and pick it up....
