Like visiting an old friend, this visit was too short. Wish it could have been just a little longer. |

Dream Daddy #1 |

The cover gave me pause at first. "A Dad Dating Simulator". Ugh! Is this a kissing book? Was my first thought. Instead I began an immediately interesting story about two former college roommates and their night out. You can immediately feel the bond between the two men. |

Grimm Tales Of Terror Vol 4 #3 |

While this is not my usual cup of tea, it deserves a fair rating for making me emotionally uncomfortable, horrified, and uneasy whenever I think about this particular story. |

Robyn Hood: The Curse #6 |
Jul 2, 2018 |
The artistry is a classic superhero comic look. It has detail and vibrant colouring that is absolutely beautiful. The battle scenes have the same feeling as watching a super hero movie. My favourite part about the vibrancy of these panels is the movement that can be seen throughout the full comic. |

Sparrowhawk #1 |

Book 1 of 5 is an enticing introduction and makes me want to know just as much about Artemesia and the life she has lived as I want to know about the adventures she has been pulled into. Looking forward to the rest of the series. |

Sword Daughter #1 |

Right from the first frame Sword Daughter caught my interest. 12 year old Elizabeth's narration of events past and present has a haunting quality to it. |
