Howard The Duck (2016) #5
Aug 18, 2015 |
After mistakenly calling him Falcon, Howard corrects himself.Howard the Duck #5 does a great job of finishing up a story arc while we wait for the post-Secret Wars relaunch to come our way. It has a great mix of action and fun and the novelty of seeing some of my favorite heroes acting in a world Howard has grown accustomed to has not worn off. Leaving you with a tease of what awaits in the fall, I know one fan of The Duck who cant wait to keep reading. What are your thoughts? Any other Howard the Duck fans out there? What do you want to see next? Let us know below! |

X-Men '92 #1
Aug 26, 2015 |
What's a day at the mall without a Sentinel attack?I dont want to get into specifics, but this is where my excitement began to sputter out. We see our heroes, the ones we love and finally get to see againafter all these years, completely and painfully obviously walking into a trap. Not just any trap, but like a this-is-going-to-change-everyone-and-make-them-lame trap. And that is where X-Men 92 #1 leaves us. Not exactly the return to form I wanted to see this team take, but who knows for sure whats next? Im not sure whether to be scared or excited for the next issue, but Ill be reviewing that, too, right here on The Source! Ill see you next time for more X-Men 92, until then, what did you think? Let us know below! |

X-Men '92 #2
Aug 26, 2015 |
It just got real, dawg.It looks like the X-Force are on the way to save the day and maybe, just maybe, after that, can we maybe, please, get to see the 92 X-Men kick some tail? Please? Either way, my excitement for the next issue has returned, and the future looks a little less bleak for X-Men 92 #3, even if the mullet never went out of style. Do you like the direction X-Men '92 #2 took? Wanna see the X-Force dish out some pain? Talk about it below, and I'll see you soon for issue #3! |

X-Men '92 #3

Cassandra Nova intends to release The Phoenix, among other things.Im intrigued to see how this all gets wrapped up with a pretty little bow on it. The story will conclude in issue #4, but Id like to see more of X-Men 92. Ill be a bit let down if us fans get our team back just in time for the run to be over. Each issue Ive read gets a little more fun, though, so Im ready to dive in next time around. What are your thoughts? Would you like to see more of X-Men 92? Where do you think this is going? Till next time, let us know your thoughts, dreams, and fears below! |
