THE EPIC SERIES RETURNS!
Two arks were built to survive the Flood. One was filled with the creatures of the natural world. The other was populated by...everything else.
Now that the denizens of the DARK ARK have beaten Noah's Ark to land, a new so-cietal order must be created - one based on the rule of monsters. Khalee, a new sorceress, ventures to maintain order amidst the chaos, but her otherworldly mas-ters have a different task in mind. She must devise a way to bring Noah's Ark to the monsters...because the beasts must feed.

The saga continues as the Dark Ark has successfully come ashore. What the humans and the monsters do next is going to be a new Hell on Earth and I can't wait to see how it goes. Bunn continues to create shivers as well as heartbreak, while Doe makes the valiant and damned incredible. Sharpe has every character sound unique and gives birth to sounds that will shake the heavens. Truly, this is a comic to thankful for as Hell resumes its work. Highest possible recommendation. Dark Ark: After the Flood #1 is a magnificent return to this dark and fantastic world and the characters that inhabit it, and was well worth the wait. Read Full Review
I'm thrilled that Dark Ark is back with a new series. I was a huge fan of the first and the path that Bunn took us on. Doe's artwork and color design is a huge part of the appeal and that holds true here as it's wonderfully distinctive and connects well in showing off this world at this point in time. This new chapter is opening in the right way by touching on the past a bit more so we can understand the present and future for some of the characters while also exploring how everything is going after the end of the first series. There's a lot more to explore and I can't wait to see what else this team has in mind for those who survived the Dark Ark – and if we'll ever see Noah and his ark. Read Full Review
I would suggest reading the original Dark Ark if you haven't already, but this comic seems to be a worthy follow-up to that series. Read Full Review
Dark Ark: After the Flood #1 is a welcome return to the world and its twist on the Bible. A solid beginning for long-time readers and for those that are new, it's not too late to go back and see what you've missed. Read Full Review
You'd think that a series about a boat would end once they reached land and got out. Fortunately, the story is not over, as there is still plenty to explore with these characters, the monsters, and this world. There was one big question left unanswered with Dark Ark and I'm glad to see it as a main focal point in After the Flood. This comic is going biblical with horror and I'm here for it. Read Full Review
