Volume Three of the hit AfterShock Series! A great jumping-on point!
It's 1906 and Theodore Roosevelt is the sitting president when a familiar face from his past asks him once again to call upon the Rough Riders to save the world. But this time it's not anarchists or aliens-no, it's something from the great beyond. Something so ancient and inherently evil that the Rough Riders will need to add to their ranks in hopes of defeating it. Who will be the newest historical figure to have the honor to call themselves a Rough Rider?
Created and written by Adam Glass (executive producer of Supernatural and writer of Suicide Squad) wi more

The third series for Rough Riders does something that a lot of other series fail on as it's entirely accessible to new readers. I love that Glass puts together these self-contained series that have threads spread across them so that you get more out of it the more you read but allows you to jump on at any point. The new story starts off solidly enough with plenty of hooks and neat moments that makes you want to read more, particularly the last page with its hook that'll definitely draw in many. It's also a book that once again looks great thanks to what Patrick Olliffe brings to it with Gabe Eltaeb on the color design with all its richness. It's a strong book that really deserves a much wider range of recognition and readership because it delivers in a great way. Read Full Review

It is fun to read about Teddy Roosevelt and Thomas Edison kicking ass, especially when Harry Houdini and Annie Oakley have to help them even though they don't like them. Rough Riders: Ride or Die is an engaging supernatural adventure mysterywith believable versions of famous heroes fighting the good fight. Read Full Review
Rough Riders: Ride or Die #1 is a fun enough comic about turn-of-the-century figures joining together to solve a supernatural problem. While its nothing particularly extraordinary, I can easily recommend it. Check it out. Read Full Review
