Already, Marceline Gone Adrift has proven itself a must read for fans of Marceline and Princess Bubblegum, but there's a lot for any fan of Adventure Time to enjoy. As with all Adventure Time books, Marceline Gone Adrift is something you must read. If anything, it's a fun filler book between, perhaps, more serious reads and it's a definite must-read if you're into the cartoon. Adventure Time: Marceline Gone Adrift #1 is definitely for Adventure Time fans. It's readable and enjoyable if you don't bring knowledge from the television series, but you will get so much more out of it if you are familiar with Marceline. This is a really great first issue, and fits in fantastically with the show's ever-expanding mythos. It looks like this story will be really big on the Bubbline relationship, which I'm super excited to read about.
