When it seems are though Heather and Jane may be trapped in the alternate dimension, Barney has no choice but to consult Heather's dad Chip for some wisdom in repairing the portal. Standard dad stuff.
Allison’s scripts are densely layered; laced with jokes, character insights and subtle plot machinations without ever seeming heady or overwrought. In Larsen, Stern and Campbell, he’s found yet another creative team which only enhance these qualities when collaboratively translating the story into a visual medium. What’s most impressive is how they’re accomplishing this on a month-to-month basis, something all the more important when thinking about how many books seem to fall prey to decompression and padding for the trade. Im still hooked on By Night, so theres that. This is one reader who is probably in it for the long haul and probably going to get the trade when the issues are collected. Its just too cool to miss, so if you havent dived in yet, stop hopping up and down on the board, and just jump. Read Full Review
