Like Mr Spock, Mark is a man of two worlds. He possesses a childlike innocence and helps those in need. Yet when he gets frightened, he relies on an inhaler to restore calm. Becoming the Blue Power Ranger Prime was the beginning of a journey. In Power Rangers Prime #6, Mark must fight for the freedom his mother valued or accept the subservience the Eltarians demand. There are a few odd moments on the art side, mostly with certain close-ups of Ryan and Mark towards the end, but those are incredibly minor nitpicks, and it didn't rob any enjoyment of the issue overall. Power Rangers Prime hit the ground running, but it's now starting to truly hit its stride. Read Full Review

Comic Book Revolution - Kevin Lainez Apr 28, 2025

Power Rangers Prime #6 is an important issue in developing new characters introduced in this series, specifically Markon Zhao. Mark's origin plays is key in informing us more about the status quo of this universe where the Eltarians are the dominant power. It sets things up to intensify in the second half of this series. Nice to have a breather issue that dives abit into Mark’s backstory without revealing too much. Curious who his parents actually are with what very little we’ve gotten here & where this leads the VR Troopers potentially next with their interrogation towards a captured Mark. Also can’t wait for the FCBD Flipbook this weekend & especially Issue 7 in June for obvious reasons. *points at Baby T-Rex Zord*
