Plot TNemesis escapes the German police thanks to a stroke of luck, which he himself attributes to the "thing down below." The space chase/massacre sequence is spectacular, leaving terrible consequences, as the gas he released is killing thousands of people in minutes and spreading across the country and Europe. Desperate after his failure, Nemesis seeks help from the priest of the Hanpa temple, a demon-worshipping sect that was at its peak when the brotherhood controlled the world (see BIG GAME). Nemesis offers to restore the sect's former power and notoriety in exchange for their help in eliminating his enemies. In return, Nemesis will become immortal and serve as Hanpa's eternal servant.
