Lou's cosmic adventures lead him to a survivor of a terrible galactic war. Beyond tales of past woe, this new ally seems to hold the key to future peace. Meanwhile, Premier Peely takes further steps to advance his sinister plans of galactic domination.
This issue suffers from pacing issues as some characters are given a backstory and motivations but not enough time is given for these to sink in. The characters feel like genuine beings with distinct emotional traits which is the strongest aspect of this issue. The stage is set for the story to move into the climax as Lou has to decide what his fate and that of all lifeforms will be. Read Full Review

I think this is a good book that is worth buying for the art alone. While the writing score may seem a little low, (I reserve the right to revise my score after I see more of the series lol), this is more of a function of my "wait and see" mood on this work in progress rather than a critique of Giffoni's writing craft. I'm glad that the issue is showing the bigger picture after two issues focused mainly on exploration and a desire to protect Lou from the strain of astral travel, but this comic seems to just be missing a little something to really make this series special instead of good. Read Full Review
