Where Monsters Lie #4 is a good ending to this series though not great. The comic works as an ending but leaves a bit too much in a “to be continued,” though it wraps up with “the end.” Hopefully things do continue and this is just the start of something more, there's a lot of ways it can go from here. This one doesn't come close to sticking the landing. Instead of giving a real resolution to the story, the creative team spends nearly half the book setting up a would-be sequel. There won't be many readers who are willing to indulge them a second time. Read Full Review
Mediocre at best. Cool premise that doesn't end well. Just sets up for a second series with a lackluster twist. Sad because it started out with such potential.
It's passable. I liked the idea of this series. There were some really good moments. I just feel like they wasted trying to make a good ending to try and pull a twist that really felt whack to me.
